My solar charger device is not charging.

1.  Make sure the green light is on. If the red light appears, try one of the following solutions:

A. Angle the charger towards direct sunlight

B. Place the solar charger in a more sunny area

C. Make sure the selector switch is on the proper setting for your device (iPhone®/Tablet, iPhone®, Standard)

Does the solar panel store power or have an internal battery?

This solar charger does not contain a battery, it works just like a wall outlet. All power generated is stored in the device you are charging.

iPad® and Tablet Charging

We recommend at least a 12-volt charger to properly charge larger devices. Any less wattage could cause the red LED light to indicate that there is insufficient power.

Will these solar chargers actually power my smart phone?

Yes! StrongVolt stands behind our commitment to only sell solar chargers and battery packs that “do what they say”. Unlike other companies we know that if a solar charger has less than a 3 watt panel, it will not get the job done.

Can I run my devices off the PowerBank while it's charging from the solar charger?

YES! This is one of the more common uses of the StrongVolt Solar chargers.

How long will my order take to be processed?

Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer and StrongVolt has been authorized.

StrongVolt offers a full 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your StrongVolt product, simply email us at contact@strongvolt.com with your order number and we will send you an RMA tracking number. However, we know you will love your StrongVolt device!

Warranty Information
